Our consultancy and advertising services are provided based on the agreed scope of work. Timelines may vary depending on project requirements. Clients are expected to provide accurate information and cooperate throughout the service period to ensure successful delivery.

SHIPPING POLICY

Payment Policy

All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) or the client's local currency, as mutually agreed prior to purchase. Full payment may be required before products are delivered or services commence. We accept payment through the approved payment methods available on our website or as communicated by our team.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy :

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Refund Policy :

For Physical Products

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For Online Consultation Services

All payments made for online consultation services are strictly non-refundable.
As consultation services involve the allocation of professional time, expertise, and resources, refunds will not be provided once a booking has been confirmed, regardless of attendance or completion of the consultation.

Cancellation Policy :

Consultation appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Please note that cancellation or rescheduling of an online consultation does not entitle the client to a refund. All online consultation fees are non-refundable.
MAAH International Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. If initiated by the Company, an alternative appointment will be arranged.
